Hamm & Phillips Service Company was founded in Ringwood, Oklahoma in 1968. We opened under the name "Harold Hamm Tank Truck Service" and consisted of one Bobtail Ford truck. Since 1968 the company's growth has been constant and steady. Growth continued through the oil "bust" in the 1980's, mainly because of a sound conservative business practice, and the growth continues. Hamm & Phillips services Oklahoma, Texas Panhandle, SW Kansas, and the tri-state area of North and South Dakota and Montana.
The Dispatcher will be responsible for the timely dispatch of drivers.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (essential functions of the job) Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable
Direct the drivers to fulfill the daily schedule for delivery/ removal of liquids delivery for customer well sites.
Provide front line customer service phone support – responding to customer requests, offering solutions to meet customer needs.
Work with the Company Supervisor team on the truck lines of business.
Track driver movement.
Provide radio contact and support for the drivers.
Available to relieve evening dispatcher for vacations.
Participate in the monthly safety meeting, and practices safety regulations and requirements.
Informs Yard Manger of accident details.
10-key by touch and computer typing skills will be used on a daily basis.
Follow and adhere to all SOX Compliance Regulations
Provide Status Report to Management Team
Other duties as required
Education and Experience
Minimum Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent previous experience dispatching strongly preferred.
This position requires sufficient physical ability to work in a typical office setting.
