Office Depot Senior Admin Assistant in Boca Raton, Florida

Responsibilities:

Provides administrative support to a Vice President, including preparation of reports, presentations and correspondence; makes travel arrangements; manages VP's calendar and schedules meetings. Closely monitors multiple budgets for compliance and forecasting; processes invoices and maintains detailed and accurate expense records.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED and two to four years' experience and/or training.

Other Information:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);

  • Basic finance and accounting skills;

  • Excellent communication and writing skills.

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and set priorities.

  • Ability to work independently.
